1. This Competition is a promotion solely run by Resicert Property Inspectors.

2. Entries and information on how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions are ineligible. Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. The competition is open to real estate agents who are connected with Resicert Property Inspectors.

4. Entries are limited to one entry per participant.

5. To enter the participant must complete the feedback form.

6. Entries close 5pm 20th May 2011. Resicert will appreciate any feedback forms received after this time, however they will not go in the draw to win the prize

7. The winning entry will be drawn on Monday 23rd May 2011.

8. The winner will be notified by telephone or email by Wednesday 25th May 2011.

9. If the winner does not respond to arrange the claim of the prize within seven days of receiving notification from Resicert or if Resicert is unable to contact the prize winner within seven days, the competition will be re-drawn.
